By accessing or using KarLo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
KarLo is a location-aware task and reminder application. It uses your device's geolocation to trigger reminders when you arrive at places you've saved. The service requires location access to function correctly.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Security: You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
One account: Each person may maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use KarLo.
No abuse: Do not use KarLo to harass, harm, or stalk others.
No interference: Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the service.
No illegal activity: Do not use KarLo for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
No scraping: Automated data collection or scraping is not permitted.
Your data: Location data you provide is used only to trigger your own reminders.
No tracking: We do not continuously track or log your movement history.
No sharing: Your location data is never shared with third parties.
Revocable: You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings.
KarLo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Momin Mohasin. The source code is open source — contributions are welcome under the project's license. You may not copy or redistribute the brand, name, or design without permission.
KarLo is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed reminders, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KarLo after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
